  1. I cannot rate your masks because they have yet to arrive, I have contacted Purolator multiple times since April 10, and they have still not managed to deliver them. I am sorry for the low rating, but it will not let me submit my comment without choosing a rating.

  2. I was given the wrong mask and have been trying to get it exchanged. This is the first time this has happened after purchasing all my masks from 3S for the past year and a half!

  3. Meant to order MFF-5s, which are excellent. The MFF-3 back strap clip broke immediately on one. Quality overall was inadequate, thin material, weak straps & clips, weak nose strip, bad coverage, asymmetrical construction.

  4. Shipper completely dropped the ball on sending my order to the correct address for my son to have a mask for school.

  5. This rating is not on the mask itself, since it still hasn’t been delivered and at this point probably never will – the estimated delivery date just keeps moving out and out. My recommendation to 3SMask is to pick a more reliable courier service than ICS if you are going to be soliciting customer feedback on your product.

    • HI Neil, sorry about the delivery problems ,we talked to the logistic company and they said the parcel will be delivery today, we will change to purolator for future shipment ; at the same time we will refund the shipping fee to you as compensation ;

  6. Well I appreciate the Canadian design but I am VERY disappointed to the fact that they are made in China.
    If I would have known I wouldn’t have bought them.
    You should take the Canadian flag out or add a Chinese one.
